Daniella Hendrickson
Daniella has a Bachelor’s degree in Dietetics and over 10 years of experience as a certified personal trainer. Daniella’s fitness journey started with CrossFit, but she later fell in love with bodybuilding and now competes in the NPC. Daniella specializes in functional health, body transformation, and performance coaching. She is deeply passionate about the power of healing through nutrition and firmly believes that food is the foundation of health.
Daniella works with all fitness levels, from beginners to elite competitors. She offers online coaching, customized nutrition and workout plans, and in-person training. Whether you’re chasing a stage, strength, or simply self-confidence - Daniella would love to be part of your journey.

Dylan Kosek
Dylan has been immersed in the fitness industry for over a decade, competing in three bodybuilding competitions since 2017 as a natural athlete. Over the past four years, Dylan has worked with more than 300 clients, guiding them to unlock their full potential both physically and mentally. Through his personalized approach to his client’s fitness journeys, he has helped them achieve life changing results- from losing 100 pounds, to gaining 55 pounds of lean mass. Dylan offers tailored workout and nutrition plans, as well as 1:1 coaching.

Kayla Speer
Kayla has been dedicated to strength training for 4 years. After experiencing the transformative power of fitness in her own life, she decided to begin personal training to share her knowledge and experience with others. Kayla focuses on helping others develop sustainable lifestyle goals and habits through strength training, cardiovascular training, and injury prevention. Kayla offers 1:1 training and is dedicated to providing guidance in losing weight, building muscle, and improving overall health.

Sofie Schleicher
Sofie has 5 years of weightlifting and fitness experience. What began as a personal journey to feel stronger and more confident in herself has since grown into a calling to help others transform their own relationships with movement and nutrition. She understands that for many people, working out and eating well can feel like a chore, something they “have to” do rather than something they want to do. Sofie is on a mission to change that mindset and show that it’s possible to enjoy exercise, fuel your body with intention, and create a lifestyle that feels good, inside and out. Whether you’re completely new to the gym or looking to take your training to the next level, she offers a range of services designed to meet you where you are, including online coaching, personalized meal and workout plans, and 1:1 training.
